On March 24, 2021, the "Interactive Workshop to Work on Emotions in Times of Change" took place at the Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural Center with a magnificent reception after the stoppage suffered by time restrictions and sanitary measures.
The 15 participants were able to enjoy outdoors on one of the terraces of the Pablo Ruiz Picasso Municipal Library the activities to be carried out during the psychoeducational workshop by Concepción Bañasco Márquez where, through theory and practice of emotional intelligence exercises, art therapy and mindfulness, the participants obtain tools for their emotional self-regulation.
