On June 24, 2021, the presentation of the first book by Loli Agüera, a neighbor of Torremolinos, entitled Where fate takes us a story based on real events, took place in the Assembly Hall of the Pablo Ruíz Picasso Cultural Center, lived and narrated by the author herself.

This presentation has been emotional and hopeful as she recounted her experiences, encouraging the audience to never give up, not to deny oneself what they feel towards another person and not to be ashamed of each one's own sexual condition.

The event was also accompanied by the screening of the trailer for the book itself and, at the end, the writer has signed books to the people who have attended and have purchased a copy, giving two of them to the municipal libraries of Torremolinos, so that our users and users can know the story.
