On June 17, 2021, the presentation of the book "History of a suicide" by Jose Antonio Sau, took place in the Auditorium of the Pablo Ruíz Picasso Cultural Center.

A short novel where the author has wanted to capture the union of two things, the abstract idea of what suicide is in itself and the idea of carrying out that threat to check or calibrate the degree of health of their social relationships, all of this mixed with some real news that, at the time, was current on the Costa del Sol.

Jose Antonio Sau is a municipal policy editor at the newspaper La Opinión de Málaga and, in this same newspaper, he was also a court editor.

The presentation of the book included, in addition to the people who attended, the presence of two councilors of the Torremolinos City Council, Nicolás de Miguel and the Deputy Mayor Maribel Tocón, who began the event with a few words of gratitude to the audience, the writer himself , and the association La Falsa Realidad, also present, in addition to expressing much encouragement and joy at the fact that more and more cultural activities were being carried out, thus gradually resuming normality.
