On April 15, 2021, the presentation of the book "Self-realization" took place at the Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural Center, the second book presented by this author, Rafael García Estévez.

In the act, he spoke to us about its content, and also He gave us a brief explanation about other books written by him, about his experiences, his trip to India and the reason why he stopped practicing what until then was his profession, the law.

Questions such as who we are, where we come from, where we are going, why and what we are in this world for, are answered in this book, taking as a common thread the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the foundation of the science of yoga and one of the most important texts in the history of mankind.

Finally, Rafael carried out a small meditation class with the audience.
