On July 5, 2021, the children's activity Crearte Mindfulness took place in the gardens of the Pablo Ruíz Picasso Cultural Center, aimed at boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 12, which consists of a yoga class for children where stories are mixed , songs, games and postures.
This was the first session of this workshop that will take place every Monday in July and August.
The activity was very well received by the 13 boys and girls who attended the session and the idea of holding this activity in the gardens of the Pablo Ruíz Picasso Cultural Center was very successful.
The participants enjoyed the morning playing games, such as moving their body while keeping their feet still, learning about the art of Tibetan bowls and their relaxing music, drawing an animal with which they identified or that came to mind, etc. all this combined with small relaxation exercises.
